Jose leads the HSC Division after previously heading up all operations as the division Operations Manager. Prior to that, Jose was the Director of Sales leading the entire sales team in our domestic markets through all of the company’s sales channels including distribution, retail, service, and engineering. Jose has experience in both the manufacturing and distribution sides of the fluid power industry. First joining the HSC team in 2011 as a management trainee, Jose was quickly promoted to lead an inside sales team and subsequently to an outside sales role. Jose holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Alex is currently the Director of Sales also leading our international (IGS) and Mexico efforts. His extensive experience working with End User Accounts as well as Distributors has positioned him well to help HSC capitalize on our important strategic growth initiatives. Alex joined Hydraulic Supply in 2011 as a management trainee, was subsequently promoted to Territory Manager for the Caribbean and South America in addition to managing our Export accounts. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering.

Carol Hrepich

Carol’s areas of responsibility include recruitment, staffing, classification, compensation, benefits, and employee relations and engagement. Since joining Hydraulic Supply Company in 2004, Carol has held several positions in the company and served as HR Manager and HR Generalist. Earlier in her career, she worked in the hospitality industry. Carol has a Bachelor’s degree from FAU in Psychology and a Master’s degree from FIU in Human Resources Management.
